The reframe
For years sovereignty was filed under compliance — a constraint to satisfy, a cost to minimize. But in regulated markets the buyers have changed how they buy. Residency, auditability, and in-country operation are now early screening criteria, not late-stage paperwork. The vendor who can demonstrate them by architecture wins time, trust, and often the deal.
Why "by default" beats "on request"
Sovereignty offered as an option is a project the buyer must trust you to execute. Sovereignty by default is a property they can verify. The second is faster to sell, cheaper to deliver, and far more credible — because the boundary shaped the architecture rather than being bolted onto it.
